Lego Cake 2011

FLAVORS OF BLOCKS-BRICKS

** Lemon pound cake with a lemon glaze **

** Yellow cake with Orange essence and orange butter cream frosting**

**Chocolate Cake with fresh whipped cream **

ALL CAKES MADE FROM SCRATCH USING THE FINEST INGREDIENTS

This cake was easy to make, but in the end I had a difficult time putting it together, I dislike building with Legos.  Building with Lego cake blocks is not any easier.  I allowed my son to assist in this creation. He covered a few of the pieces with Fondant.
